The Boo Bash was Awesome! Thank you everyone who made it happen and everyone who participated. What a wonderful community we have!
November is upon us and I’m still waiting for cooler weather. But the children don’t seem to mind and are having fun with all the classroom activities. We’ll be moving quickly from pumpkins to turkeys to holiday gifts. The semester is nearly over! Spring registration information will be out soon. Remember, you stay in your same class all year, just register and pay for each semester. A big thank you to Ben Baca, Aide Linda’s husband, who constructed the new bridge for the race car mountain. Also, to Liz Eaton, your BPEC Safety Chair, who has replaced the boo boo supplies in each classroom and also purchased emergency classroom potties. The potties are District mandated supplies and Liz made sure we were in compliance.
Our Earthquake supplies are updated each year by the Safety Committee and we are well prepared. And thank you to the Ounce By Ounce company for two 50 ounce jugs of Supergoop Sunscreen. One is on the counter as you go to the Maple St yard for everyone to use. So much happens behind the scenes to make this the great program that it is.
Be sure to check out the November happenings page and watch for our Holiday Basket community service project and the ever exciting Santa visits.
There is so much fun happening here and volunteers are always needed. When you volunteer you also make more friends!
November is the month of Thanksgiving and I am thankful for the incredible staff and all the families that make up our Parent Ed Family!
Love to you all,
Director of Parent Ed Program
